Sally Pillay says that a solitary confinement means which immigration called as administration aggregation and it's a protection for them. She said that a lot of the time there is abused happen or death can happen and it is being over used. There have seen a traumatic issue, that's why there is a push try to end it. Jacob Milton asked to David that, do you think if immigration laws and everything those are not criminal law... is it? David says that in immigration likewise the state takes the position of body, whether there is deportation or there is a detention and state controls the body.
