As a human, what is the best preliminary step towards helping poor. If you think about to help them, then definitely it should be pretty simple. What kind of help they expect from us like providing substantial material and financial resource. Empowering means let the poor people handle their own lifestyle. Through our help, they will able to become independent. The best way to eradicate the poverty is to empower those who are in need. Who want to develop their occupation that they could help their children to educate them. They have a lack of resources that they could accomplish their needs. These are some aspects that would be helpful for empowerment.
Providing much more help make them dependent on others. If volunteers help them in terms of food, shelter and water, then it's a good deed. But if we help them by crossing our help, then this thing could discourage them. Because it seems to them that there are some people who always help us. Although this action is crucial to innovate them keep their family well and alive. But somewhere there must a pre-strategy to make them stand on their own feet. I know a non-profit organization named as Hope Bangladesh. This organization offers many services to the Bangladeshi community in the terms of education, microcredit to stand out their own occupation, finances, drinking water development, shelters and much more. In fact, empowering women is a big concept for every developing nation. Empowering women are precisely seen as an important part of the developing country to reduce poverty.
